Rainford 5K Grand Prix
Location: The Junction Pub, Rainford
A friendly local 5K for runners of different abilities, with a welcoming club atmosphere and community support.
Rainford 10K
Location: Rainford High School
Our established community 10K, bringing local runners, club athletes, volunteers and supporters together in Rainford.
Rainford 5K Grand Prix Series
The series is normally held across January, April, June and September, with a 1K fun run supporting participation by younger runners and families. Confirmed dates, entry details and race instructions will be shared through official RRAMS channels.
Club races and challenges
RRAMS members take part in road races, cross-country, swimming, cycling, triathlon and other multisport events throughout the year. Members should check the club website and social channels for current team entries, meeting points and race-day information.
